Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged items: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item.
